If you find that you need to make changes to your project and/or budget...
You are required to submit one midterm report. This report serves as a mechanism for the State Library to monitor the project's progress, and to help you find solutions should a significant roadblock come up for you.
You are also required to submit a final report. This report will ask for project outputs, so be sure to collect statistics and data during your project.
You can view and submit reports in the online grants portal (the same one you used to apply for a grant). Simply log in using the account you've already created.
