Introduction to State Library Services for State Employees

State Employees have access to library online and physical resources, classes, and help from librarians. Learn about what the library can do for you using this guide.

All of the examples are for resources we have in our collection. Often when searching for something specific that's not the case. Good news is, we have already got a system to get you what you need as quickly as possible.

  1. Start on the library homepage at
  2. On the right side of the page there is a box called 'Request/Renew Materials'

3. This will take you to a login page where you will enter your Username/PIN, agree that your request is work related, and then click the button that reads 'Logon'

4. This will bring you to the homepage for making requests

5. On the left side of the page is a menu. Look under the subheading that reads 'New Request' and find the option that best fits what you need. It's okay if it isn't exactly it.

6. Fill out as much of the request form as you can and if there's anything additional you thin kwe should know please put it in the 'Notes' section at the bottom of the page before clicking the button that reads 'Submit Request'
