You may save your work, log out, and come back to your application at any time before submitting. Review the next video for basic orientation to our system.

Step 4 (OPTIONAL): Submit a draft application for feedback

Step 4 (OPTIONAL): Receive feedback on a draft application

If you would like to receive feedback from LSTA Advisory Council members and State Library staff on a draft of your application, you must submit a draft by clicking Submit by December 1. Please note that you'll need to enter text into all required fields and upload a draft budget worksheet before you can submit a draft.

If you choose to submit a draft, your application will be returned to you with comments from reviewers by January 7, 2020. Your application will be reverted back to "Draft" status within the system for you to make any desired changes before the final application deadline.

Step 5: Submit your application
